I went to this salon asking for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails, but the technician didn’t seem to understand what I was requesting. Instead, I received a simple gel/nail polish manicure. I tried explaining that I wanted powder on my nails, but the technician spoke to the other staff in their own language, and no one clearly explained whether they could do the service or not. Their nails never disappoint, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I went to a new nail salon for the first time to get acrylics and it wasn’t good and was very messed up, I decided to go to Soie Nails & Spa to hopefully get my nails fixed and they did an amazing job and were really understanding

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i was under the impression i was paying have price considering i have one hand, have the time and product. they told me initially 90 dollars for 10 fingers so i said because i only have 5 id be paying half of that (45) but they argued to do 75. im so beyond anger right now and will not be going back there
