Bad communication, dismissive, did not own up to their mistakes or promises. -- I went to see them for a simple issue. I wasn't told much beyond that the issue might come back and it's not clear what happened (which is fair). The issue came back almost a month after. When making an appointment over the phone, I was told that since it's the same issue I wouldn't be charged for the appointment. When I returned, I had to clarify if the appointment was covered. Dre Desmarchais est hautement compétente, très empathique, douce, drôle et super accueillante, c'est vraiment la meilleure des dentistes. Je me suis sentie accompagnée, elle explique très bien ce qui se passe et a le don de rassurer. Elle est géniale.
Cela fait des années que je fréquente cette clinique dentaire. Les soins sont toujours d’excellente qualité et l’accueil est professionnel. La Dre Anick Desmarchais est remarquable.
