I tried a women’s class at Soidogs and it was super fun. It’s a really casual, friendly, and welcoming environment and my friend and I instantly felt comfortable. I have martial arts experience that’s very different from Muay Thai, but Coach Angelina and the other ladies were very helpful and supportive. I’m thinking about bringing my son to try the kid’s classes next!
Solid gym, great coaches and the women's only classes are fire 🔥 10/10 would recommend especially if you are female looking to train with other women 🙏🏼
Not a great place if your your wanting your kids to learn how to keep themselves safe. Some kids fighting with no headgear or mouth guards. Lots of punching in the head. Children running the classes. We brought my Niece to Determination Martial Arts and it's been a huge upgrade and much safer.
As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with this gym. After my child played hockey for 10 years, we were looking for a fresh challenge, and this has been the perfect transition. The coaches are incredibly experienced and supportive, providing the competitiveness and physicality they crave while maintaining a positive environment for growth. The staff and community truly feel like a family, and I am so excited to watch my children continue to excel and reach their full potential ! :-)
