Led by Coach Denis "The Bosnian Menace" Puric, children and adults will learn proper striking techniques, self defence and strength and conditioning exercises. At Soi Dogs, we emphasize a 'No Ego' mentality and encourage a space the is built from support, dedication and commitment. The strength of the pack is the dog, and the strength of the dog is the pack.

Soi Dogs is a great gym! Excellent facility-super clean and well set up. All the trainers and members are friendly. High level guys train there but anyone new to the sport is 100% welcome, no “tough guys” with egos are allowed here. The kids program is top notch and they all have fun.
