Very rude! I have gone to several SOI and would occasionally come to the Mansfield location and at first they were nice but now Judy is very rude. She cut my lip and says she can’t get the hairs on my eyebrows but when I went to another location they were able to get them. Never going back again!
Great service easy to get in
I’m new to the area and was looking for a threading salon for my eyebrows. I located this one and gave them a call. I spoke with Judy who was very kind and very knowledgeable. I stopped in and she got me in quickly and did an awesome job on my eyebrows! Will definitely be back and will also recommend to family and friends!
The overall salon is well kept and modern. However Julie she said her name was, she is rude. She was very rough and just in a hurry. I have reviewed many other SOI brow locations, but I would never recommend this location. Normally the ladies are more welcoming. I understand being busy, but clients deserve to feel welcomed at the VERY least. The cooper location is Fantastic!!! Even the Fort Worth location by the mall, they know great customer service!
