Great service easy to get in
I’m new to the area and was looking for a threading salon for my eyebrows. I located this one and gave them a call. I spoke with Judy who was very kind and very knowledgeable. I stopped in and she got me in quickly and did an awesome job on my eyebrows! Will definitely be back and will also recommend to family and friends!
The overall salon is well kept and modern. However Julie she said her name was, she is rude. She was very rough and just in a hurry. I have reviewed many other SOI brow locations, but I would never recommend this location. Normally the ladies are more welcoming. I understand being busy, but clients deserve to feel welcomed at the VERY least. The cooper location is Fantastic!!! Even the Fort Worth location by the mall, they know great customer service!
Ive been a customer here for 2 years. Went today to get services, waiting in line to check in one of the ladies asked if we were together said no, she proceeded to say we open at 10 the open sign isn’t on. So I left, it was 9:56 what happened to good customer service. Keep your door locked if you refuse to service 4 minutes early.
