Did good job on my eyebrow. Amy was amazing!
The place itself is fine, but the employee named Amy is a complete problem. She has no idea what she’s doing, and on top of that, she’s rude and unhelpful. They have a big sign saying students get 20% off, but the moment you ask, she suddenly makes up excuses and says it doesn’t apply to chin or face waxing — which is nowhere mentioned. The waxing she did was honestly terrible. There were still hairs all over my face, and when I pointed it out, she acted like she knew everything and started arguing instead of fixing her work... read more
