This place has definitely went down hill. 4 stars 2 years ago but now... I would give negative stars if possible. The service (customer service and brow service) are both terrible. I love Soi Brow, and even this location once upon a time, but you have to deal with worker's poor attitudes, mismanaged time, lack of care and concern. Did not even ask me if I was okay with my brows, if I liked them, just "aloe or not?" and sped me out the door. Never even gave me a mirror. Lack of service. Failure to manage and handle customer traffic. Which negatively impacted my experience coming here as I was told it was too busy with three customers waiting. That is a joke.
