I love SOI Brow in general but the Rowlett location is my favorite. They have the best people and always do an amazing job.
I went in to get a my eyebrows threaded the young lady who did my eyebrows did a very bad job and left my eyebrows uneven and looking completely different. Do not recommend!
First time visiting here and it wasn’t the best experience. Not the friendliest environment, but service was ok. I don’t think I will be returning 😬
I have been going to this place for many years to get my eyebrows done. Some of the girls who work there are very efficient. A few of them have done an excellent job, leaving me very satisfied, happy, and wanting to keep coming back. However, on some occasions, they haven't worked very well on my eyebrows, but I still recommend it anyway. I went today and Sophia threaded my eyebrows. I hadn't been in about a month so she basically had a black canvas to start with. When are finished and have me the mirror I had 2 straight, thick caterpillar eyes brows, no arch, nothing. Then she used the scissors to cut a bunch of hairs on the inside of the eyebrows which made it look like a bunch of small, stray hairs. I asked her to fix it which she was very nice about and "fixed" it. Now I have one eye brow with an arch and one straight eyebrow and she cut even more hairs. ... read more
