I’ve been to this location a few times before and usually have a good experience. However, the lady I had today was unnecessarily rough. I’ve had threading done for years, including many times at this location, and have never experienced that before. Instead of asking me to move my hand, she would slap it away to reposition it, which felt rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure of her name, but I’m now hesitant to return in case I get the same person again.
Always come to get my eyebrows here but the only person that was available today at 6:30p left my eyebrows so thin! I don't remember her name. I asked her to only clean them up and I did NOT like thin eyebrows!!! I'm so upset!
Went here today for my first time in many years for my bday. I got my eyebrows threaded & tented for the first time ever so I was nervous but she did an amazing job! I’m so happy with the way they look and are shaped! Will be a new customer 😌
Went in for a Brazilian Wax trying to save money bc I usually go to European Wax Center but I should have went where I normally go. Customer Service was okay but not professional. Took me to the private room for a wax and had me to get undressed with the door opened. Didn’t prep me for the wax just went straight in. Wax took way over 30 mins and was very painful . Stopped for about 10 mins to talk to a customer that walked in bc she was working alone but left my door opened mind you I’m in the middle of a Brazilian Wax. Smh ... read more
