Dr Desai is a nice man but the lack of follow up was terrible! I followed up on my own and his front office representative was rude and not helpful at all. It was 4 weeks before my mother had 3 stitches taken out AND with a 9 am appointment we were not seen until AFTER 11:15 am! ALSO… this office emailed me not once but twice ANOTHER patient’s information!! HIPAA violation noted!! I think Dr Desai is spreading himself too thin and his irresponsible follow up is certainly affecting how patients see him. Be mindful if you purp... read more
Dr Desai is great. Very attractive and conservative with his care. Really takes time to listen to your concerns. The rest of the staff including his assistant Steve are great.
