Dr Desai is a nice man but the lack of follow up was terrible! I followed up on my own and his front office representative was rude and not helpful at all. It was 4 weeks before my mother had 3 stitches taken out AND with a 9 am appointment we were not seen until AFTER 11:15 am! ALSO… this office emailed me not once but twice ANOTHER patient’s information!! HIPAA violation noted!! Dr Desai is great. Very attractive and conservative with his care. Really takes time to listen to your concerns. The rest of the staff including his assistant Steve are great.
Dr. Desai is a very knowledgeable Neurosurgeon. I've been seeing him for 2 years and is always trying to find a way to help me deal with my back and leg pain. I highly recommend him.
