Knowledgeable Dr who explained everything in a way I'd understand. Staff was friendly.

Dr Desai is a nice man but the lack of follow up was terrible! I followed up on my own and his front office representative was rude and not helpful at all. It was 4 weeks before my mother had 3 stitches taken out AND with a 9 am appointment we were not seen until AFTER 11:15 am! ALSO… this office emailed me not once but twice ANOTHER patient’s information!! HIPAA violation noted!!
