This is Tina Randall, the spouse of Jeff Randall and the patient of Dr. Desai. Dr. Desai is an awesome doctor and has impeccable clinical skills. However, his office staff does not answer the phone in a timely fashion and it usually takes multiple calls to get a hold of anyone and they do not follow up with the doctor's orders in a timely fashion either. Again, Dr. Desai is an awesome doctor and I highly recommend him. Unfortunately I have found that many doctors offices have this problem with their staff.
Dr Desai was amazing, professional, extremely knowledgeable and directed me to seek help with a neurologist to get the much needed answers and help for my issues. I will be forever grateful for your time, care, and genuine support.
So grateful I was able to see Dr Sesai for my brain aneurysm so quickly. I feel at ease with him.
