Waited 2 months for an appointment, called off work early, and drove 45 minutes in traffic. I got there on time but couldn’t find the office so I ended up being 15 minutes late and they didn’t accommodate me. What made this situation disappointing is when I overheard the front desk complaining about how they still 2 appointments left and how they want to “get out of there by 5”.
