I have tried to contact this office over 15 times in the past week trying to resolve my medical records issue. They are REFUSING to return my calls, or even pick up the phone. Everything should be VERY WELL documented at this point in regards to my messages being sent in the portal, and all the voicemails and callback requests I have sent. Terminated my care without notice and for no reason. Now I don't have my medication and there's no doctor or staff to speak with. This is a dangerous place because they are dealing with medical care and are abandoning patients which I assume goes against all medical ethics.

Avoid this practice at all costs, matters like prescriptions and billing seems to be handled by AI bots trapped in a doom loop. I ended service with them 11 months ago and am still dealing with the same over-billing matter because it seems the bots aren't programmed to handle referrals.

Absolutely horrific office. Trust them with nothing, they will only take your money. There is 0% communication. I am irrate and unfortunately unmedicated as a result (which is, at this point, truly comical).
