Soho Weight Management has changed my life and I would recommend the program to anyone committed to losing weight in a healthy way. Alex and Laura are great; Alex was strait forward and didn't beat around the bush when it came to understanding what I needed to do to reach my goal weight.
Soho Weight management was excellent for me. I was able to lose almost 30 pounds over my time with them. More than that I’ve gotten my exercise and eating routine down so I will continue to lose weight. I feel great and have better mental clarity due to their help.
Alex and Laura are amazing. I joined the program over a year ago following referral from my GP. I’ve lost about 40 pounds since then and have kept it off. Am now doing maintenance with the goal of losing another 5-10 pounds while growing muscle. Highly recommended and the only downside I can think of is that I’ve had to replace my old clothes so get your budget ready!
