Grateful to Soho Strength and in particular to my trainer and coach JJ. A year ago I was experiencing constant pain, limping badly and lacking full range of motion. A year later, I’m playing tennis pain-free. I’m so grateful and couldn’t recommend JJ and the SSL team more! I’ve worked with other trainers at bigger clubs but nothing compares. I have been training at SSL for 8 years with Scott M. and love the vibe of the gym - it’s a no-nonsense training facility; people are there to workout not socialize; the trainers are friendly and helpful; SSL has a family vibe because it is small and you see the same people regularly. Personally, my training (both physically and diet) with Scott has completely transformed my body which at my age I didn’t think was possible (I am 64). Strongly recommend checking it out.
