This is the second time Carmen helped us out in selecting drapes for our home. Her understanding of our requirements and the solutions she made available helped us in our selections. Definitely attentive to our needs as customers, and provides solutions that work for us. Also communicates through the entire process and informs us of how the process evolves.

I've used Carmen and Soho window treatments for 2 window covering projects at my home. My first project was plantation shutters on some very large windows, and they turned out absolutely beautiful! Based on those results, I called Carmen back when I wanted to put faux wood blinds on all my bedroom windows. Again, amazing product, perfect installation, and reasonable pricing. Carmen is so responsive and helpful from start to finish, and I'm sure I'll reach back out to her for some additional window treatments in the future.
Carmen is extremely professional, very efficient and quick in getting responses back whenever you contact her. She is very helpful and informative and knows the merchandise she is selling. It is always a great and easy experience working with her!
Carmen with Soho created the most beautiful space for our downtown Orlando home. Her vision was perfect. We don’t have much insulation and have lots of windows. The new plantation shutters throughout our house has decreased the temperature by 15 degrees. Carmen made sure she was here during the measuring and install to ensure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with her service and the finished product. We will definitely consult her with future projects.
