I had a great experience at Soho Salon in regards to customer service! My only issue is that I noticed that the lady cutting my hair did not get my split ends properly. I usually do not have a problem with split ends as my hair is pretty healthy, however, I noticed that not even 3 weeks after my hair cut, I already had split ends. It is unfortunate because with the amount of money I spent on the service, I was at least expecting my haircut to be properly done. It was a hefty amount :(
What you did to The Morning Show's, Carolyn, is not flattering. Such a shame to do that to her beautiful blonde hair.
Avleen was amazing. She got my color right and the exact frame facing layers that I wanted. Highly recommend 10/10
I find its always a great atmosphere, receive excellent service and deal with genuinly friendly individuals when I visit. Victor & his colleagues always brighten up my day. Also, there's plenty of available free parking which is a nice perk in life. Keep up the great work Team Soho!
Went there for the first time today and I will continue to go whenever I need my hair done. I needed my hair cut and coloured and both, Mikayla and Viviana, were amazing. Everyone from the moment I walked in made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I left feeling amazing and my hair is so beautiful. Thank you ☺️
