I visited this nail salon for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I felt rushed the entire time, and the technician kept talking over me instead of listening. The color options also seemed cheap for the price they charge. I asked her multiple times to address an ingrown nail during the pedicure, but she ignored my request. Never ever come here. I went here for years but moved out of the area. I made the mistake of coming back here to get a pedicure. Firstly, on the day of the pedicure the tech messed up the polish on two nails and just tried to paint over it. I asked her to remove and redo it because it was obvious. She reluctantly did so. Then within 4 days the polish cracked. I called on the 5th day to get it fixed and was told no problem, come in tomorrow and we’ll fix it. I go in and they say they have to charge me $5 for the nail. As much as I have been a customer for months since I moved to Ajax. I am never stepping my foot to this spa again. I felt embarrassed today by the nail technician I finished my refill and asked for a toe nail color change she asked me to wait 30 mins I agreed and told her I would be back as I needed to use the Atm to pay her.
