I came in for builder gel, but after the first few nails were done, I realized I didn’t like the shape and asked if we could switch to regular polish instead. Instead of stopping, the tech did another nail before removing the builder gel. I was surprised to be charged an extra $10 just to remove what had only just been applied, even though I changed my mind partway through. I appreciate the effort, but I wish the communication had been clearer and I wasn’t charged extra for something I didn’t end up keeping.
