I came in for builder gel, but after the first few nails were done, I realized I didn’t like the shape and asked if we could switch to regular polish instead. Instead of stopping, the tech did another nail before removing the builder gel. I was surprised to be charged an extra $10 just to remove what had only just been applied, even though I changed my mind partway through. I appreciate the effort, but I wish the communication had been clearer and I wasn’t charged extra for something I didn’t end up keeping.

i unfortunately recently had a terrible experience here. came in for a simple gel manicure, and walked out with chunky nail polish and a bleeding finger. nail tech looked like she would’ve rather been anywhere else than doing my nails, no hello or anything. she was very brutal with my nails and made a considerably bad cut on my pinky, to which she plainly said “sorry”. if that wasnt enough, i was charged $38 for a terribly applicated gel manicure. as the go to salon in kerman, i was expecting more.
