Went in as a walk in and got some dude. I doubt he was licensed with state board. The table was dirty and the guy put glue straight on the table and onto my finger. All the metal utensils looked unwashed with stuff on them. He dropped something on ground and placed it on the table, then later used it on my fingers. The fingers he cut in multiple areas. I came in for builder gel, but after the first few nails were done, I realized I didn’t like the shape and asked if we could switch to regular polish instead. Instead of stopping, the tech did another nail before removing the builder gel. I was surprised to be charged an extra $10 just to remove what had only just been applied, even though I changed my mind partway through. I appreciate the effort, but I wish the communication had been clearer and I wasn’t charged extra for something I didn’t end up keeping.
