I think they might be better for the regular customers. I came in before my appointment time and entered before another customer with the same request and appointment. They quickly helped the other client and told me to have a seat about 5 minutes later seat brought me to a table without knowing what I was getting. I asked for customer service and she looked at me like she didn't know what it was. I explained that it was my first time there and asked for better service. Very clean salon with lots of polish choices. Naty is great. Gives the best manicures and pedicures. She pays attention to detail and is pure perfection. My only complaint with the salon is they keep increasing their prices for fill manicures. I can get one for $13 cheaper (excluding the tip) at another local salon. Naty is so good that I don't mind the debit card fee but hard to take the $13 increase. :(
I got my nails done for my birthday and my stylist did an excellent job. She went above and beyond and executed everything with detail and it came out perfect
