Really bad customer service, manners, and no respect for time. I was visiting my parents in town and called to make an appointment at 5pm for a gel manicure. I came in on time and had to wait several minutes. Then when I was attended the service was super quick! I was rushed out by 5:50 and no cleaning was done to my cuticles at all. Coco the owner got mad at me for “not tipping enough”. But I had an appointment at 5pm came in and wasn’t attended until 5:20 and then I was rushed out by 5:50pm (see receipt time).
