Overall, the building process was smooth and positive. Communication was generally good, though I did have to follow up with Ryan a few times to get responses. Despite that, everything came together well and I’m happy with the outcome.

We purchased our investment property with Soho and throughout our build process, the progress of the construction of the property was clearly communicated and any queries raised were promptly responded or addressed. Soho also included a few additional add ons such as blinds, landscaping both front and back and installation of a dishwasher which made it easier for us owners to rent out the property.
We have just completed our turnkey house and land package with Soho Living and there are absolutely no concerns at all. The processes are very smooth. Excellent Service and Friendly staffs.
