Old school and know their stuff! – Anne and Kathy were a pleasure to work with. Just make it up those flights of stairs and it'll be well worth it. They have several letterpress machines on site and they all know their stuff. Tons of samples for you to look through for inspiration or just for the sheer pleasure of letterpress printing. Will definitely be taking my business back there.

Rude, court, unprofessional – I didn't believe the other reviews until I contacted several printers in the area to compare prices and how they manage the orders. They were unbelievably rude, I don't know how they ever get any business.

Avoid it by any means – A very unprofessional staff, with huge delays and inaccurate results. For this kind of money not acceptable!!

unprofessional and arrogant – In my opinion, SoHo letterpress is an unprofessional, arrogant printer that do not value new customers. I went there, filled with enthusiasm but turned out to be very disappointed. Got no feedback, no quotes, no next steps. Nothing even though I must have e-mailed them 5-7 times. We also let them know that timing was crucial for us, and their promise to come back to us within a couple of days, held us back in the process of finding alternative printers.
