We do not recommend this service. We are an apartment complex and had this service, while they were very rude to our tenants. Half of the calls we did not get messages for. We asked to discontinue services in 30 days and they disconnected us that instant without notice when we also had paid for that months service. They blocked us so we were not able to get a hold of anyone. I also emailed them and we have not received any response.

Unprofessional staff, they hang up on you. Direct calls to wrong service company. They do not hear the caller issues and continue forwarding calls to wrong service company. They accuse the callers of being rude. Critical call service issues.
