Went in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine, nothing special. The manicure was not good, it peeled off completely the next day. Polish chipping happens sometimes, so that alone wouldn't have kept me from coming back. What did was the receptionist. While I was already sitting down for my pedicure, shoes off, feet ready, the technician doing my pedicure didn't speak much English and asked the receptionist to help translate so I could find a polish color. Really rude front desk staff! I asked about the difference between a regular and spa pedicure, which was significantly more expensive, and she refused to specify what “a bit longer” meant. When I asked for clarification, she snapped at me. She then told me the wait would be ten minutes — after waiting for a few minutes she said I had to go in a rude voice because they had no availability.
