Perfect location for our stay & for the concert in the parklands within walking distance to the CBD. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. Shower had good pressure & water was hot. The balcony aircon was inconvenient kept smashing our heads but all in all was a great stay

OK yes it's in a good location, BUT despite listing restaurant and room service THEY DO NOT EXIST. and they don't seem to care. NO elevator, the rooms are tiny and the walls paper thin, you need brute strength just to open the balcony door and aircon is an old box windows noisy one. I see the listing now dropped from 3.5 to 3 star. I would give it less. I am sure there is a better option available nearby that actually has what they list as services. If you don't mind cramped, noisy, no food and no lift, up to you.

從羅馬街車站，車站後需要爬坡，能抵達飯店，飯店櫃檯人員非常友善，而且細心的講解飯店須知，辦理完入住，會得到房間的鑰匙，出入都需要保管好，離開房間關上門就會自動鎖住，一定要用鑰匙才能打開，飯店內的樓層並沒有電梯，上下都需要爬樓梯，進入住宿房間前要用鑰匙打開玻璃門即可進入，飯店櫃台並非24小時服務，這點需要注意。 房間部分：這次的房間是面馬路，有非常好的景觀，房間內部乾淨整潔，床墊睡起來是舒適，不軟不硬，房內電視可以觀看YT等網路頻道及當地的節目，浴室是長方形的設計，洗澡熱水也很快速，水量也很夠。房內須知，為了環保愛地球，若長時間離開房間都請隨手關燈關冷氣，房間都會固定打掃。飯店也有提供自助洗衣機服務，有需要都可以請教接待處。 真的要挑出缺點，就是從市區走回飯店都要爬一段坡😆

I only stayed one night, the check in was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I got a carpark but noted for future reference, there is minimal car spaces compared to rooms and a first come basis, no allocation, so I probably wouldn't stay again for this reason and there's no lift so if you are on the 4th floor it will be a bit annoying
