Rude owner, and the hotel is nothing like the photos. Did I say hotel? Well it isn’t, the restaurant is long gone. Homeless sleeping opposite doesn’t give the place the best vibe. I asked the owner if there has been break in to the cars. She wouldn’t answer my question. I later found out when asking staff that cars get broken into regularly. Don’t stay here.
We arrived after booking this hotel but to our surprise we arrived to a closed door (even though we have a paid booking). They did not inform us about this and are not replying any of our text messages. Would not reccomend.
Bad experience — would not recommend. The Soho Hotel was closed when we arrived with a prepaid booking, and we were not informed. A paper on the door stated the hotel was closed and mentioned to check in at the Mercure next door. Soho has been unresponsive and refuses booking refunds or changes. Simply unprofessional and unacceptable.
