Excellent I've never eaten inside but I've always picked it up or had them deliver. The food is tasty and the staff are always pleasant. What a gem of a place. I usually always get the shrimp fried rice...talk about good.
What a great restaurant Soho is a very good restaurant. They food and service is very consistent and tasty. The employees know me personally. The wait is reasonable at their most busiest times, weekday lunch.
Wonderful Chinese food SoHo Bistro is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Charlotte, It's definately not your fast food kind of Chinese, but rather made-to-order food that fast and excellent. Favorite dishes are the pineapple chicken fried rice, or the General Chicken. You can ask for it to be made with white meat and not fried and save tons of calories. Soho Bistro is a good Chinese Restaurant. Soho Bistro is a wonderful Chinese restaurant. The staff is very courteous and truly gives excellent service. The food is very good. The place is always full at lunch time because people like eating there.
Horrible service! we ordered and paid and they never delivered our food we must have called them like 20 times and they did not pick up the phone, after waiting 2 hours we had to order from somewhere else. had to dispute charges with the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM SOHO!!!
Too Greasy! Too Salty! Not Good! – This has got to be the worst chinese food that I have ever tasted. I actually found the person who took my order to be pleasant. I didn't have any problem with that it just plain bad food. the egg roll left a very strong after-taste. I was thinking this is not going to be good. bad phone and customer service – I created this account just to say how the the phone and customer experience was at this place. i called 3 times to get the run around, 3 different stories and no food bad service.
Great Chinese restaurant – Soho is a great place to grab some good quality Chinese in downtown (excuse me Uptown) Charlotte. Usually slammed at lunch because the prices are pretty good (of course the food as well), but usually pretty easy to get a seat during dinner. I recommend the Sa Cha Shrimp and Beef. Always tastes great and they make it spicy, just the way I like it!
