Left several emails and voice mails for over a week and still no response. No existent customer support “service “ !!
I read the old bad reviews and I was worried but I can say my experience was very good! I got greeted by Martha at the front desk and told me that I could return my broken TV and take a new TV (still refurbished)the same day. That was really good news to hear. Was told to drive to the back loading area, was helped to unload the TV and within 20 minutes I was in my way back home with my new TV! Great experience!
