I hust had an amazing experience with these cordial people. I broke the metal pad arm on my glasses the noght we arrived for vacation. I went to a couple of eyeglass stores and called some others. No one could help without sending the glasses out and it taking at least a week. Not an option. I called Sohn & McClure and they offered some hope, but not a guarantee, that they could solder the piece. This place Told me it’s gonna take over a week to get an estimate price on a 14k gold bracelet and wanted to keep it for said week I walked into another shop and got an estimate from a lady that took 2 min and they proved it was real and it’s value, and the lady from Sohn & McClure over the phone was absolutely rude if you need over a week to evaluate gold and keep it for over a week you need to find a different profession

I can't recommend them enough for jewelry repair. They restored my antique platinum ring that another local jeweler had ruined. The first repair shop I took it to told me it was so damaged they recommended remaking it entirely, but said I could try Sohn and McClure. Sohn and McClure fixed it in under two weeks and it looks perfect.

My late father’s class ring has been missing the center emblem since 1970. The jeweler was able to hand craft the arrowhead emblem and all the intricate details using photos we found via Google search. It looks amazing! I’d imagine this is what it looked like when my father originally received it. I couldn’t be happier. They were great to work with and very friendly. A+ experience! Thank you.
