I called last week to schedule a consultation at this office and was told that there would be no fee with the new surgeon. Later, I called again to see if I could be seen sooner, and suddenly they couldn’t find me on the schedule. Now, they’re saying the consultation fee is $150. The receptionist even mentioned she would have to check the voice recordings to confirm what was originally told, which is not the way customer service should be handled. Alyssa is truly a Master Aesthetician!!! Her attention to detail is amazing. She takes her time with her patient’s to ensure the best outcome possible for their treatment. I cannot recommend Alyssa enough.
Doctor Rostami is AMAZING! My mom dealt with a major tumor issue and she is the one who diagnosed my mom. She went out of her way to help her in anyway she could. She even kept checking in on my mom before and after the surgery. She truly cares for her patients from her heart. If she can help you, YOU MUST GO TO HER! 10/10!!!!
I am extremely pleased with Dr Rostami's expert skill. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a surgery last week, what an incredibly pleasant experience. Also great office staff, pleasant, helpful and professional.
