I really enjoyed the Mindfulness & Meditation class that Cherry Kulshrestha of Soham Yoga ran at the Savoy Community Centre in North Harrow last night. Cherry has a lovely, friendly and open approach to meditation that is engaging for people for all ages and backgrounds. She explained the theory and practice of breathwork in an easy to follow style and I loved the way she almost sang the instructions as we followed her.
