Lovely Ladies Studio! Feeling the benefits of the Fitness class after two
The best exercise class I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to plenty! I do Clubbercise and it’s great fun and a great calorie burner! I used to do the turn up and tone and this one is also great. Bec and ley are like your friends, no judgment, make you feel at ease and lovely to talk to. I love that there is no expectation, just being out of the house moving your body is enough, these classes have really contributed to my weight loss journey in the past, so thank you both! I love Soh fit my favourite class is drum & box.Been going to this class for years it's the best way to start my week so much fun & the most moving trainer ever i always come out of the class buzzing highly recommend 🥊
Brilliant classes for all ages and ability. I am an OAP with a half replacement knee and I thoroughly enjoy every class I take. Can certainly recommend them
The classes are fun with loads of dancing as you exercise and keep fit. The instructor is great too!
