UPDATE: At many Chinese prepared food stoes you'll finding human hair, bad odors, unsanitary conditions, and aggressive sales tactics (looking at you Jenny's Kitchen). But you'll find none of those things here! I greatly appreciate Sogo Tofu’s cleanliness and the polite employees who leave you alone and don't use aggressive sales tactics to pressure you to spend $100 when you only wanted a rice burrito and cup of soy milk! This is an amazing shop serving excellent Taiwanese / Chinese breakfast options. The rice burritos / fantuan (饭团) here are delicious. The rice surrounding the fantuan is a little thick but the ingredients inside are unique including the vegetarian pork floss (素肉松). They also have freshly made organic soy milk, which is impossible to find. However, I was a little concerned about hot soy milk being poured into the plastic 1/2 gallon milk containers.
