Had such a great experience at this clinic. The receptionists are honestly so warm and welcoming and it really does make a world of difference. The ultrasound technician and the doctor were also wonderful. Everyone was so kind and professional and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I’m genuinely so grateful, highly recommend!
Highly recommend. I’ve had a HyCoSy and two scans at SOGI. The staff are exceptional - highly skilled & warm. Throughout the HyCoSy, they were consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable & explained each step along the way. Their care and professionalism turn stressful experiences into ones that feel calm & supported (which is worth driving from the Sunshine Coast)
Have had my first few scans here and so far have been very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone in clinic has been so lovely and the clinic itself is clean, aesthetic and a comfortable space to wait. All the little touches of coffee, tea and biscuits for nauseous mums to be and anxious dads is an appreciated touch! Highly recommend
I had my first pelvic ultrasound and a minimally invasive procedure at So+Gi , and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Exceptional service, start to finish. I booked in for a pelvic scan after reading about SO+GI on a Google review for another clinic, and I’m so glad I did. A warm and friendly team, a thorough and careful examination (particularly in areas of discomfort), and an approachable and compassionate Doctor. Having access to complimentary inner city parking is an absolute treat too. I highly recommend the SO+GI team.
