I couldn't recommend SO+GI more!! From start to finish everyone was incredibly kind. The lady that performed my ultrasound made me feel more than comfortable and was incredibly kind and professional. After the ultrasound the doctor explained my scans in a way that I could clearly understand and also made me feel well cared for. The facilities were immaculate and the care was next level. Intentionally unhelpful and unprofessional
We came to SOGI for a second opinion after receiving devastating news following our 20-week scan, where we were told there was a possibility of a severe disability or a fatal condition. From the very first phone call, the team at SOGI showed an incredible level of compassion and care. The reception staff took the time to check with the doctor about the best time for us to come in and even arranged for the counsellor to contact us for additional support. Really happy with my experience at SOGI SCAN. Dr. was very kind, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff were friendly, and I felt well cared for throughout my appointment. Highly recommend!
Disappointed overall. We booked our 12-week scan two weeks in advance and took leave from work, only for it to be cancelled on the day due to short staffing. Consults also regularly involved 30+ minute wait times, with little to no follow-up afterwards. Considering the costs involved, the level of service and communication was below what we expected from a private provider.
