Super Amazing, Great Service The South Loop Soggy Paws location is great!! Every time I have taken my little peke for a self-wash and grooming the employees have been super helpful and really nice. Highly recommended!
I'm never bringing my dog here ever again. Earlier this year, my fiance brought our dog here and when we picked him up, he had razor burns on his belly. Next time I took him, his haircut was terrible. This last time was the last straw (yes, I am retarded for continuing to bring my dog here). Pick up my dog, decent haircut, pay my bill and leave the place. I'm carrying my dog outside and notice I have blood on my arm. A lot of us have written negative reviews of Soggy Paws on another famous rating place that starts w/a Y but Soggy Paws has had ALL negative reviews removed, so we are posting them here: I usually do not write reviews because I never have too bad of experiences of customer service. Make Appointments in Advance – Today, I tried Soggy Paws at 1912 State St and I was very impressed. I had to make the appointment a couple of weeks in advance, but it was well worth the wait. They sent a reminder via email, which was a nice feature. There is free parking in the back, the place is clean, and the groomer did an excellent job.
Great Environment, Great Customer Service, Great Value – I am a relatively new pet owner and I love Soggy Paws! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than happy to help lend a hand with cleaning your pooch, and also making great recommendations on all things dog-related. From food to toys to grooming tips, they are the best.
