Contacted them about repairing a clawfoot tub, per text. Had no idea who I was texting. Said they may have some time to come look at it if we would be home, asked me some questions about the repair. Asked for address etc. led us to believe they were going to look at it and fix if possible. Never showed up on the day,and would not reply to texts, phone call,etc. I guess they can afford to pick and choose their jobs,and it's their business,but don't lead people on.
