Joining Sofia for her beach yoga sessions is truly magical! We challenge ourselves with the most beautiful view of the ocean, the glorious sunshine on our skin and a few laughs too! Highly recommend to anyone living or visiting Jupiter! It’s love donation so really accessible to anyone and Sofia really comes from the heart 💖💫🧘🏽‍♀️

Sofia came to do a private yoga session for a girls weekend at our AirBnB. She was AMAZING, and provided the perfect blend of challenge and relaxing yoga. She provided an amazing experience to start our weekend. Could not recommend enough!

Sofia is an amazing yoga instructor. She is relaxed yet experienced. She did a private group session for our bachelorette getaway and it was just what we needed. She brought calmness and laughter. Highly recommend her!
