I’ve really enjoyed learning sound healing with Sofia. She has a calm, intuitive teaching style and creates a safe space to explore and connect with the instruments. Her approach feels thoughtful and grounded, and I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of sound and instrument use. Grateful for this experience!

This was my second yoga retreat with Sofia. Her itinerary is amazing!! I’ve met two lovely ladies on the retreat which made it more special. My first retreat was in 2024 in Paros and this time in Crete, Greece. Greece will never disappoint. It’s beyond beautiful. Sofia puts so much work into it. I loved the yoga, sound bath, hikes, shopping, long talks, the food and the best part….the beaches.
It’s been exactly one week since I left Crete, and my heart is still overflowing with love and fulfillment.
