Sofia is an excellent yoga instructor and Sound Healer. She brings experience and compassion to each class. In addition, each student feels that the class was designed specifically for them. She always seems to provide what is needed in the moment. We are blessed to have her in our community.

Sofia’s yoga and sound baths are amazing and were new practices for me. She is so warm and welcoming, thus making it easy for newcomers to feel part of her group. I have also had Sofia as an exercise instructor and her workouts are definitely worthwhile. Sound Bath….again, parallel to no other experience and beyond meditative. You need to meet Sofia….I promise you will want to enjoy many adventures in yoga, exercise, sound baths, meditation and much more!!

Some experiences stay with you long after they’re over. This eight day SoFusionYoga's retreat in Greece was one of those experiences. I am pleased to recommend Sofia’s retreat. Sofia provided a unique opportunity to experience an authentic Greek vacation. She thoughtfully curated each day’s activities starting with a delicious breakfast at the magnificent waterfront villa. She efficiently handled airport and ferry transfers so that we didn’t have to stress. There was yoga and sound baths but so much more. Sofia’s Sound Healing course gave me hands on experience and was comprehensive, practical training. She was professional, encouraging and super supportive. She helped me add sound healing to my Reiki practice, greatly enhanced my personal and professional journey with healing, and introduced me to so many wonderful people along the way!
