I ATTENDED THE SOUND BATH ON SUNDAY ON THE LAST DAY OF MAY. I FEEL LIKE THIS WEEK HAS BEEN MUCH BETTER FOR ME AND ITS ONLY WEDNESDAY. I FEEL S RESET AND WANTING TO PAY HOMAGE TO ALL OF THE HEALERS THAT TEACH US THAT THERE IS MAGIC TO TAPPING INTO A FREQUENCY OF HAPPINESS, RATHER THAN STRESS. We had a wonderful morning class with Zoe for my sister’s bachelorette! The class was perfect for people of all yoga levels. We loved her playlist and personality. She made us all feel so welcome and it was a great way to start our day with intention. She made the class super personal, referencing our bride, speaking to the importance of friendship and going into this next phase of life with such a beautiful community. Highly recommend!
