I had the most beautiful experience at Sofia’s retreat in Greece this summer. The itinerary was perfectly curated, I was very impressed —full of stunning places, deep connection, and plenty of joy. I just returned home from a fabulous retreat with Sofia on Paros Island GREECE! So many amazing memories from our morning rooftop yoga to Soundbath at night under the stars /full moon, excursions on other islands and oh my goodness the food!!!! I have been on two of Sofia’s retreats in Greece and can highly recommend. Her attention to detail and local knowledge means you get to experience so much in a week- from hiking ancient trails, exploring other islands, beautiful beach clubs, photo shoots, boat trips and more! Wow! We had a private session of yoga and sound bath with Sofia at our house and we all were floating on cloud 9! My husband's back improved, my friend's shoulders had better range of motion, and we were all BLISSED out! Highly recommended!!
