Wow! We had a private session of yoga and sound bath with Sofia at our house and we all were floating on cloud 9! My husband's back improved, my friend's shoulders had better range of motion, and we were all BLISSED out! Highly recommended!!
I had a wonderful yoga lesson on the beach in Siviri, Greece with Sofia. She prepared everything wonderfully, so that I felt completely comfortable. The yoga class challenged me, relaxed me and brought me into the here and now. Thank you so much
