Our soft tub was purchased a few months ago and we are extremely satisfied with it. Throughout my life, I have never encountered customer service that has been so courteous and eager to assist. Unfortunately, we are unable to use the chemicals in the tub due to allergies. Are there any recommendations regarding the switch to chlorine?
Less than four years of ownership and we had to have the motor unit repaired and then the hot tub developed a crack that is almost impossible to fix and is not covered by warranty. Very spendy for the life expectancy.
