I bought my soft tub from Jay at the IA State Fair in 2010. He has always been there if I have a problem, or need chemicals The product is fantastic.
Very difficult to deal with. After 10 minutes of their snotty attitude we left. Great way to lose customers.
Jay is great!!!!I have known him for many years he will assist you in what ever you need to keep your tub running, great. Even after the sale or if you bought from another softub dealer.
Very helpful, seems t know a lot about tubs and where to get help.
