We’ve owned our Softub for almost four years now, and it’s honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve made. We live in Quebec, where winters can be harsh, and our Softub has been reliable year-round. What initially attracted us was its energy efficiency and portability, but what has kept us happy is how little maintenance it requires compared to a traditional acrylic hot tub. Softie is a great hot tub being so integrated and portable. I was able to set-up in less than an hour. I like the new features of the Poseidon as my previous Softub was 17 years old! Only feedback is that I was advised that someone would call from the shipping company to schedule delivery, but when they called, it was the driver on his way. The set-up was easy. I live on a hill and it rolled up to the patio with little effort. I chose to use chlorine versus bromine and it's perfect for my skin. I love the soft shell. I've tried other hard shell spas and this one is more comfortable. I often start my day watching the sun rise, or end of day with twilight upon us. So many birds and frogs and crickets singing their songs. I placed the softub in a semi-shaded area and leave it open to the sky for stargazing at night. I feel it's an excellent investment.
