We love our Softub! It has made our BC winters so much more pleasant. Everything was easy from ordering, delivery& install. I waited to review until we did our first water change after a couple months. Yes, even that was easy too! I especially like that we have access to a local dealer to assist if we ever need service etc.. We have already recommended Softub to our friends &family. Thanks to everyone at Softub , we are extremely happy with our purchase & it’s surprisingly affordable to run on regular electrical!
Can't decide which one was the better purchase but after 178 miles of rough trails yesterday I give the Renegade XRS and the Softub hot tub a big fat thumbs up !! Easy setup. Out of the box and ready to fill in less than 30 minutes meticuously following instructions. 24 hrs later the tub was at 100F and I waited a few more hours to bring it to 104. After my first soak I am not disappointed. Long live the Softub !!

We love our soft tub and have been enjoying it since 2020. It is a great way to have some quality family time in all seasons. We did have minor issues which were both resolved under warranty and handled with professional, responsive support. We would highly recommend this product.
