Soft tub Canada were excellent to deal with! They explained everything very well and they delivered and installed it in quick time. They were extremely friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We purchased the 220 Legend model in Tweed from the very knowledgeable and friendly staff at Sudbury SoftTub in May 2025 - my husband and I are very happy with the model we chose- it is perfect for 2 people to move around freely. I am also pleased to report that since I have been using it at least four times per week, my severe chronic hip pain has considerably gotten better after only 3 weeks of doing stretching exercises in the hot tub. We just purchased our first softub and we are so very in love!!! Wayne our salesperson was awesome and answered all of our questions. We went in for the 300 and left with the Portico of our own decision...Wayne didn't push anything :-) The therapeutic station on the portico is incredible and does wonders for my back. Highly recommend softub!
I had such an amazing experience. My softub froze in the winter after my gfi tripped. I sent some pictures of the damage and Kim was so great to work with! She was able to determine from the photos the approximate damage. They were able to repair it so quickly, and for a much more reasonable cost than I had anticipated. I look forward to working with them in the future for all my Softub needs. Thank you guys! We’re so happy to have our Softub back up and running so quickly!
I have been a Softub owner for over 25 years. I am now on my 3rd Softub and I could not be more pleased. Although, there are many imitation products on the market today, none of them can match the functionality, performance, and quality of a genuine Softub product. As with all hot tubs in general, they will require repairs over time. But rest assured that Softub stands by their products.
