We bought our Softub about 5 years ago. We have been very happy with our tub! They are so low maintenance, affordable, durable and so relaxing! Truly one of the best purchases we've made. We've had very little issues, and when we did the customer service was awesome and super helpful. One thing I like is the fact that we can move our tub anywhere in the yard that simply has an outlet and a level surface.
This is a great family owned business that takes care of their customers. On top of that Softub product is just a superior way to build hot tubs.
I purchased a soft tub (model 220) from Mike at the trade show in Medicine Hat several years ago. I actually purchased the show model, but to my surprise, Joe & His wife actually brought one with them that Sunday from Calgary still in the original packaging. And then proceeded to get it into my place, and onto my patio where Joe then completely set it up. OMG, I had never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life.
