Great service , I had my two grand kids with me when i was picking up a water filter, the lady at the front desk gave each of them a rubber ducky , they kids are still playing with them ...hours later Thank you
We had a great experience working with Soft tubs Calgary! Joe was very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our pump (let us pick up at his house over the holidays) and checked our older tub over for leaks and installed a new cover and lid. It’s like new now! We had one issue with the power cord when we set it up but we text Joe (it was a Sunday) and he got right back to us and helped us troubleshoot and solve the problem. You don’t get service like this anymore. Family run business at its finest!
Very disappointed with the service. Made a deal on a hot tub called the next day to arrange delivery and they told me I have to pay $500 more. They had made a mistake. They would not honour the agreement that we had in writing. Would not recommend doing business with these guys…
Great place. I bought my soft top off them and it's amazing. It's all relaxing, so fulfilling one of my best investments
