by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Simply called them to get some technical information regarding the foam cover and surround and they were obstructing and insulting and extremely unprofessional. I strongly recommend not getting anything from this company
I purchased my tub. Tried to purchase mine at a home and garden show in Tulsa Oklahoma. The first problem was the website was down and the salesman could not place the order. Problem # 2 almost 3 weeks later they get it straight and get it ordered. I should have backed out then but didn't. Prob#3 they delivered the wrong tub. At this point I had a employee set it up and fill it. I get home to realize it was the wrong color.
