Don’t buy a soft tub. We purchased one at the Big E and when the product control panel died in the first two years of the warranty the company refused to honor its warranty. After talking with lawyers and consumer protection the company was in the wrong by telling me the tub will only be covered in the 3-5 year term of the warranty. The company stopped answering the phone for me and would not return my call as well. The only way to get repairs done is through the company or finding used parts. I wanted to share an interaction I had with this company. I had purchased a Soft Tub and needed help, adjusting the chemicals and was tired of going to pinch a penny, listening to the long rabbit hole of things I needed to do which was simplified by making contact with someone called Anna in the chemical department team.. not only did she send me the proper chemicals I need it.
