I wanted to share an interaction I had with this company. I had purchased a Soft Tub and needed help, adjusting the chemicals and was tired of going to pinch a penny, listening to the long rabbit hole of things I needed to do which was simplified by making contact with someone called Anna in the chemical department team.. not only did she send me the proper chemicals I need it. Always so helpful. Great customer service.
Don't buy a softub unless you are near a service center because they won't sell parts to you even if you could just install it yourself. Absolute ripoff. Agent had the audacity to tell me to drive my tub to their service center when I live 3 hours away.
