I had purchased a Soft Tub and needed help, adjusting the chemicals and was tired of going to pinch a penny, listening to the long rabbit hole of things I needed to do which was simplified by making contact with someone called Anna in the chemical department team.. not only did she send me the proper chemicals I need it.
