my experience could not have been better from my first telephone contact. exremely proactive and thorough and very willing to answer all my questions. also, i had wrongly believed the sleeve as well as the bulb had to be replaced for my UV light. They explained that unless it is cracked there is not need to replace it....so in addition to helping me to order the correct bulb, and showing up in a timely manner and taking the time to educate me on my system...they also saved me money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, OVER CHARGE YOU,GOT A QUOTE FROM THEM TO REPLACE A 1 INCH BALL VALVE, THEY WANTED TO REMOVE IT AN PUT IN A CHEAP 3/4 VALVE, WE HAD WORDS, BUT THEY DID GO GET A 1 INCH VALVE AN REPLACED IT. PIPING IS NOT A STRAIGHT AS IT WAS BUT IS OK. FOR BEING IN BUSINESS SINCE 1960 THEY HAVE NO REVIEWS. THE TWO GUYS THAT COME, ONE SAID HE WAS IN THE FIELD FOR 5 YEARS, I WAS A/C AN HEAT FOR 40 YEARS AN THEY WERE TRYING TO TELL ME HOW IT'S DONE. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THEM

been dealing with this company for over 25 years, frank and orlando are the best people to deal with very fair and always there for me and my family, just figured i would let other people know because of the way we are always treated LIKE FAMILY... NOT NUMBERS...thanks guys again ,would never go any where else, have a great and happy holiday season, i know i will thanks to you guys
