AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Was referred to this place by my shop. They tuned my car and my guy at the shop thought it was a little too aggressive, so he asked them to tone it down. They re-tuned it and it was not at all satisfactory. So the shop asked if they could try again as I wanted a little more pops. The response was “we can’t do that, it’ll damage the cats, etc.” That made no sense as they had released the car tuned very aggressively prior. I have purchase 2 tunes and tuners from Softronic and couldn't be happier with the results (997.1 C2S and 997.2 GTS). Scott is incredibly knowledgeable about Porsches and took the time to answer lots of questions I had. The best part is that latest 997.2 GTS rips now with no codes!!
Great tune for my porsche - very noticeable power gains and Scott was always available and helpful - very knowledgeable and customer service oriented
Scott's tune of my 987.1 Cayman eliminated the weak low end (below 3000 rpm) completely. The car is so much more enjoyable to drive at every speed - just wish I did it earlier.
