The communication could be improved. Early in the appointment, after providing my tax documents, I clarified that I was there because I had overcontributed to my RRSP and needed help with the T1-OVP. I was told they could assist with that; I would just need to book another appointment for it. I proceeded with filing my taxes believing the T1-OVP was part of the overall service (just on a different day).
