This carwash sucks! I came to the car wash today 9/14/25 in the am! They charged me $35 for a basic carwash! No wax or anything! Also the name is “softouch” but they used a hard bristle brush on my car to clean and regular towels!!! It’s wasn’t a microfiber towel in sight! If you care about your car don’t go here! This used to be a really good carwash but I’m assuming they switched owners. The ppl washing the car don’t even look like they cared! No wonder why they were empty! And I did not leave a tip.
My car was shining clean. I don't like that it costs $10 extra to clean the inside of my car. But they did a great job.
Not professional! No one standing to direct you in. Had to do it myself and had to leave it in drive to go through. Then the machine stops and doesn’t rinse my car off, man comes out of nowhere to come dry it off. I tell him it’s soap still on my car he goes to tell me it’s ok and continues to dry it off. Won’t be returning!
