Not professional! No one standing to direct you in. Had to do it myself and had to leave it in drive to go through. Then the machine stops and doesn’t rinse my car off, man comes out of nowhere to come dry it off. I tell him it’s soap still on my car he goes to tell me it’s ok and continues to dry it off. Won’t be returning!
Don’t say you’re open on Sundays 8a-4p when I just showed up at 11a and nobody is here
