I did not have a good experience with this company. I bought a condo in March 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. We were discouraged from having contractors come out during the pandemic unless the issue was emergent. I found the window that Softer Lite had repaired just before I moved in to be really difficult to open/close. I have to put all my strength into it. Professional operation through and through. Very impressed with their communication and attention to detail. Every time I reached out to them I felt the passion and care that they were putting into our project. In a world where customer service and human decency often takes a back seat to automated services and a cut throat bottom line, it was refreshing to work with a company like Softer-Lite.
