I bought the 1" extended rear brake foot lever and the 1" extended ger shift lever and the 2024 Heritage and they are great. Excellent American Made Quality !! It feels so good to buy American made. Thankyou, Softbrake !!!
I do recommend purchasing any of this companies products due the complete lack of customer service. They do not answer emails to boot.
Beware using this company . The guy tells me that I should buy an extended brake to match my extended shifter . I did . I call back needing a standard length heel shifter ..he says we dont make that just use the old one you have . I said Id like it to match my new toe shifter and brake (300 for those 2 ) you sold me ?!?! The owner / phone answerer : Rick says well thats to bad and laughs. Also he interrupts every sentence your making and has the worst attitude Imaginable. Just avoid them .
Just a FOREWARNING. Stay away from buying parts from this guy (Rick) at Softbrakes. . I ordered over $500 from this company. With less than 2k miles on my bike the shift linkage failed as i was riding down the highway. All of a sudden I was no longer able to change gears on my Harley. I bought a 2005 Deluxe off of my friend, as he couldn't ride it anymore because of kidney problems, and I always hated the license plate location on it. There is all this unused space below the taillight and HD probably didn't put it there because of DOT requirements. I'm glad that I came across Softbrake as they have the modified taillight housing with a new license plate mount and they refer you to the lit license plate frame to use.
