Alex is amazing! My eyebrows look natural, but still full. They were practically nonexistent; sparse, light blonde, half missing due to scars. She found the perfect color to match my cool hair tone and not highlight the red in my skin and managed to get the color to take everywhere. i am also allergic to practically everything and my skin rejected other pigments/attempts at this procedure, but not softap. Alex was also patient, kind, and fun to chat with. Can’t recommend highly enough.
