I have been going to SofTap for years. The mother, Alexis, did my eyebrows first. Turned out wonderful! I've gone in for touch-ups almost every year after. Alexis retired, so now I'm using Irene! She is wonderful and does a great job blending my colors to make my brows look natural. She is sweet and very kind as well. Highly recommend this company!

Alex is amazing! My eyebrows look natural, but still full. They were practically nonexistent; sparse, light blonde, half missing due to scars. She found the perfect color to match my cool hair tone and not highlight the red in my skin and managed to get the color to take everywhere. i am also allergic to practically everything and my skin rejected other pigments/attempts at this procedure, but not softap. Alex was also patient, kind, and fun to chat with. Can’t recommend highly enough.
