Where do I start? If I could give less stars I would. I first started dealing with this business after meeting the owner at a home show in town. I started buying salt from them and they also suggested rescare for my tank.(this was a system we installed ourselves). they had a program of coming out once a month for free and checking the system and topping off as needed. this was December of 2021 and they came on and off until April of 2023. then nothing. was not too worried but should of been- Fast forward to March 2026- I not... read more
