The folks at Soft Water Solutions are very professional, courteous, and friendly. Suzanne was our sales representative. She came out to our house multiple times both pre and post system installation. Robert did an excellent installation. He too came back to the house to answer questions about the softener post-install. We love having their water softener treat our entire house for hard water. The RO drinking water filter and faucet are amazing, too. I would highly recommend Soft Water Solutions!👍😀
We desperately needed a new water softener. Using the "disposable" type you buy from the local home store, after going through 2 in about 9 years it was time. We made one phone call and they had it installed within 2 hours the next day. The selection of affordable payment plans made it available for us to obtain a fantastic unit. Our water is in primo condition now. Their care package is impeccable too!
