So many things were delivered very damaged. A lot of broken glass, severely chipped furniture, missing items, items delivered that were not mine. Additional hidden costs. Horrible experience.
30/04/2020 SOFT TOUCH VAN LINE IS A SCAM !!! SCAM !! SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!! An original binding estimate was given to me for the amount of $1099.25 to move the contents of a 250 cf. (1750 lbs) storage content from Astoria (NY) to Miami (FL). My Wife and Me supervised the move. Hi had to sign 3 documents, which were filled out after the contents were loaded onto the truck.
